The Orbiter at the Sonoma County Fair looks like a distant cousin of the Tranatula. I’ve never been on an Orbiter myself, but I’m definitely keeping my eye out for an opportunity.

On ride video from the Ferris Wheel at the 2006 Sonoma County Fair. Not only is there footage of the Ferris Wheel itself, but also of the midway games and other rides including YoYo swing ride, Orbiter, pirate ship, a hang gliding ride, a fun house, and a few other rides I couldn’t identify.

At a local fair this kid decided he was ready to get off the ride – before the ride was over! Luckily, his Dad was there to catch him as he fell. Unluckily, his father was never much of a receiver.

Wacky Whale kiddy Ride at St. John’s Autumn Festival. St. John’s Autumn Festival was a carnival fundraiser in Milpitas, CA. The Carnival was operated by Brass Ring Amusements as part of their Midway Of Fun. I think it is cute and love the colors! Neon green and pink!

Wow! This ride is crazy! I don’t know how sitting upside down for so long would be. It would make the blood rush to your head, and your shoulders hurt, but hey, I guess that’s the fun of it.
